As a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 21 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Home Health, and as Director of Rehabilitation in both SNF and Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) settings, I've spent my career helping seniors regain independence, navigate life transitions, and maintain quality of life.
Through this work, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming and emotional it can be for families to find the right care setting—and how critical it is to get it right.

I've used my background in elder care to design our company's placement process, criteria, and guiding philosophy, ensuring that each family receives thoughtful, personalized guidance rooted in both compassion and real-world healthcare insight.

Our Focus: Private Pay Clients
We work primarily with private-pay families, as referral fees from communities help fund our services. Legally, we cannot accept fees when rent is paid by Medi-Cal or other government programs.
However, we still offer helpful guidance and a curated list of homes for non-private pay families—because everyone deserves compassionate support.
